Crafts Application

You can now send either SLIDES or DIGITAL IMAGES. Please read carefully.

To send SLIDES: Complete the application below and print a copy BEFORE you hit "Submit". Enclose that printed copy of the application with your slides when you mail them in.

To send DIGITAL IMAGES: Click the "upload image" box by each description below to attach your photos. Then click "Browse..." and browse to find your chosen image (in .jpg format). Select the image (clicking the image, "open" or "select" depending on your computer). Then click "Submit", and we will receive your images with the application.

Applications will not be complete until slides are received.

If you are submitting slides, you must submit 5 slides, 35mm, color, in standard cardboard or thin plastic mounts only. 4 slides should show individual pieces representative of your current work. The 5th slide must be of your display, similar to one to be used at our show, with the full range of work displayed. Mail slides to PFF Crafts, 7113 Emlen Street, Phila. Pa. 19119.

To label each slide:

Hold the slide so you see the image properly
Put your name on the top left
Make a red dot in the lower left
Put the number that corresponds to your slide description (see below) in the lower right corner

If you are submitting digital photos, they must be in .jpg format, and the total combined filesize of the images you are submitting must not be greater than 8 Megabytes.
