Turkish folk band Animus was voted best Philadelphia artist by City Paper and is beloved by fans from United States, to South Africa, to Kenya.
Primarily an Eastern Mediterranean/ Middle Eastern/ Latin/American fusion ensemble, Animus also performs traditional Eastern Mediterranean/Middle Eastern music. PFS brings you Animus for the December monthly concert event.
After such positive response from hosting last month's concert at Allens Lane Art Center, Animus will be featured at that same community venue in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia. The venue is BYOB (coffee and other refreshment are for sale this month) and has ample parking. This month, PFS will make even more space in the hall for attendees, and there will again be a raffle for members
