Important note: It is extremely difficult to contact someone at the Philadelphia Folk Festival, as there is no overall public address system. In a true emergency, we will make announcements from our stages, but there is no guarantee that a message will be received. If you believe you will need to contact someone at the Festival, or if you are coming to Festival and believe someone will want to contact you, it is prudent to set up a telephone contact time before leaving for the event. There are public telephones on the Festival site. It may be possible to contact Festival volunteers through their committees. While the Festival will make every effort to reach volunteers in an emergency, there is no guarantee that a message will be received.

If you are interested in performing at the Philadelphia Folk Festival, do not submit here. The performer list is set for the 2011 Festival and we will be open for submissions through Sonicbids in the Fall.
