The wait is over! We have moved to a new system and after extensive testing and bug removal, we are very pleased to say that the Philadelphia Folk Festival Craft Show is NOW accepting applications for the 54th Annual Philadelphia Folk Festival (August 14-16, 2015)! Again, please note that we have moved to a new system this year, so be sure to read and follow these instructions carefully.

We constantly seek a balanced mix of crafts and categories in the jurying process, and accept a limited number of vendors as well. The annually juried show features over 60 exhibitor booths. The 2015 fee for a 10' x 10' space is $575 for the three day festival, $1150 for a double booth - both prices include electricity, meals, and badges to the Festival for you and up to three additional helpers!

After completing this form, you will receive an email, click on the link in the email to complete the inital signup process and then you will be automatically taken to a new page where you will need to provide the following information:

  • Name of your Booth
  • Category that best describes your work
  • Description of your work
  • Whether or not you can/will demo your work at the Festival
  • Up to FIVE pieces of work with price, uploaded image, and description for jury review
  • Type of booth you will need (single, double, or demo)

Who may apply: 
The Philadelphia Folksong Society Festival Craft Show is committed to featuring handmade goods created by the artists and artisans who show them at our event. Items not made by the applicant or the applicant's studio are ineligible. The Craft Jury may occasionally decide, in addition, to feature other examples of indigenous crafts which represent the folk culture of an area. Now! We are currently accepting applications for the 2015 Philadelphia Folk Festival. The submission deadline is 11:59PM, March 25, 2014. There may be some spots in specific categories that are available after the jurying process. Crafts are a part of the folk tradition and the Philadelphia Folk Festival is pleased to continue our expanded crafts area at the top of the concert hill. Walk through and admire the craftsmanship; watch the glassblowers, metalsmith, artists, and candlemakers at work; take home a one-of-a-kind item to help you remember the Festival during the winter. Parents please note: This is not day care. Please share this experience with your children. The Philadelphia Folk Festival Craft Show is a juried event.
